We will confirm your reservation by email. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check the status of your reservation by calling the Dispatch Service.

We can confirm your reservation on weekdays from 8 am – 5 pm, except at weekends. 

If you cancel a reservation less than 24 hours in advance or a weekend reservation and we do not send you a cancellation confirmation within a short period of time, please still inform the dispatch by a phone call.
